It is a special promo-only specification that excerpts "Eternal Full Moon", "Rainy Walk", "Touch Me Lightly", "Funky Flushin'", and "Hot Shot" from the LP! It's rare to see a version with a white jacket with a sticker on it, but this one with a copy paper is the one that was distributed in the Kansai area.
"Funky Flushin'" is recorded in the Funky Disco Version, which is longer than the LP! rare!
It was given to me by a person involved in the disco at the time.
